Beach booty workout

Updated: Jan 24, 2019

Looking to tone and sculpt your booty & legs, but just don't have the time or money to make it to the gym ? Then don't stress ! We have an easy at home leg workout just for you.

Before we dive right in to our booty building workout, let's talk about why most women have the same annoying issue.... We all struggle to keep the weight and size off of our hips, glutes and thighs. Due to a females genetic make-up this is just what our bodies were designed to do. Women are more likely to gain weight in those troubled areas due to our hormones and more commonly an imbalance in hormones.

So if you are feeling like you have signs or symptoms of a hormonal imbalance don't stress, it is more common than you think. However, I would definitely recommend getting in to your local GP to get everything checked out. Better safe than sorry !

Now, let's get in to the booty building shall we ?

Toning any part of your lower body can be quite strenuous work but if you want the results you have to put in the effort. No one said it was going to be easy but it is definitely rewarding. Training to build and tone your rump is going to take a long time, fine tuning each exercise as you go and building up the intensity as you get stronger. By increasing reps or weight of an exercise it can have a massive impact on your results. However, before increasing the intensity stick to the basics, don't complicate what's very simple.

The Booty Building Workout

A very effective yet simple workout. Follow the table and if you need any demonstartions on workouts you can watch a full video of the exercises on our Facebook page here. All you need is a chair and resistance band to and you are set to go. You can find really good quality bands here. These are the bands I use personally and in my group classes. Start with a light resistance and as you start to build strength and size you can increase the resistance and intensity.

I hope you enjoyed this post and remember to share with your friends and family either via email or Facebook ! Thanks all !
