There is always something exciting and motivating about saying goodbye to one year and hello to another. It's strange that it seems to be just another day, however this one day could change peoples whole lives. We go from feeling tired, overworked, stressed & unhappy one day and then reborn the next.


But that is what is so special about a New Year. It creates a new beginning and washes away all of the problems we once had the year before. Although I believe that you shouldn't wait for a New Year to come around to change your habits I fully support those who make the effort to become better. I am all for wanting to learn more, create better habits and start moving towards the reality you have always wanted.


Whether you are focusing on career, finances, health & wellness or taking up a new hobby you should always put 100% effort into what you are doing. However, looking after yourself and improving your fitness should be a top priority in 2020. Because you will only become the best version of yourself there is. When you focus on health you not only become healthy but also confident, happy, positive and you find that you are always looking for new opportunities to grow and improve yourself.


So, to help you get started FIT4U training is kick starting your fitness journey with our group classes that are specially designed to help you drop the weight, gain your confidence and push you towards living a healthier and happier life. However, if you want to build up that fitness before trying out a few of our awesome classes then this workout is for you. You don't need any equipment just yourself. You will be surprised how intense a workout with no equipment can be !


Fat-Blasting HIIT Workout


Complete this ENTIRE workout one time in your best time possible. Use modifications and adjust when necessary. It looks easy- but this one is VERY deceptive.


Complete 3 Rounds in your best time possible:


- 250m run

- 30 Squats

- 30 Tricep Dips

-30 Burpees

- 30 Sit-ups


Round 2 - Run then 20 reps of each

Round 3 - Run then 10 reps of each


This workout will take on average 30-60 minutes depending on your fitness level.

Ensure you finish this session with 5-10 minutes of cooling down and stretching, This will help return your heart rate back to normal levels and can also help reduce the effects of soreness after training (DOMS - Delayed onset muscle soreness). This could include walking it out for 5 mins then spending 5 mins stretching.
